Demo Privacy Notice
Effective 3 September 2026. Covers the AgentLabs live demo at /demo and any phone number that connects to it.
1. Who we are
AgentLabs operates agentlabs.agency. Contact: support.agentlabs@agentlabs.agency.
2. What we collect when you use the demo
- Audio and transcript of the conversation, including anything you say and anything audible in the background.
- Details you volunteer to the Assistant: your name, business name, type of business, phone number, email, what you want fixed, preferred callback time.
- Technical data: approximate time of the call, conversation identifier, browser type, and, for phone calls, the caller ID your carrier presents.
- Your acceptance of the Demo Terms and this Notice (a timestamp and a random session identifier, not your identity).
- Automated analysis of the call: a summary, whether the call completed, and data the Assistant extracted from what you said.
3. Why we use it
- To run the demo and let the Assistant respond to you.
- To follow up with you about AgentLabs services if you asked us to, or gave us contact details for that purpose.
- To evaluate and improve the Assistant, including reviewing transcripts for quality, safety and abuse.
- To protect the demo: detecting attacks, misuse and prompt-injection attempts.
- To comply with law and enforce the Demo Terms.
Legal bases where they apply: your consent (recording and follow-up), our legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving the demo), and legal obligations.
4. Who processes it
Your call is handled by service providers acting on our instructions: ElevenLabs, Inc. (speech recognition, voice synthesis, call handling, conversation storage), the large-language-model providers ElevenLabs routes to (which may include OpenAI, Google or Anthropic), Vercel, Inc. (hosting and storage of the details you volunteer), Resend (email notification to us), and, if you call a phone number, Twilio or another carrier. Each provider processes data under its own terms and security practices. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Audio and transcripts are retained by ElevenLabs on our account for up to 90 days, then deleted, unless we need them longer to investigate misuse or meet a legal requirement. Contact details you volunteer are kept in our lead records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them.
6. Your choices and rights
- Do not start a call if you do not want to be recorded.
- Do not share anything you would not want stored. Do not share anyone else's personal data.
- Email support.agentlabs@agentlabs.agency to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to object to follow-up. Tell us the approximate time of your call so we can find it. We answer within 30 days.
- Residents of California, the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
7. Children
The demo is for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use access controls, secret-protected endpoints, transport encryption and provider-side safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and the demo is an evaluation service, not a production environment; see the Demo Terms for the allocation of risk.
9. International transfers
Data is processed in the United States and wherever our providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider.
10. Changes
We may update this Notice by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the demo after posting means you accept the update.
