What sources can it ingest?

Public URLs, uploaded files (PDF, Markdown, HTML, docx), and pasted text at beta launch. Notion, Intercom, and Zendesk connectors are on the roadmap.

How do you prevent hallucinations?

Answers are grounded in retrieved passages and must cite them; below a confidence threshold the bot declines and routes to a human. You can review every conversation.

Who owns my data?
